Gratitude Journal – Day 15: Repetition

Today, I am grateful for:

  1. 2 Weeks of Gratitude Journaling
It’s been two weeks since I started my gratitude journal, and I’m proud that I’ve come this far. There were days I felt like skipping, but I kept going, and I’m glad I did.

  2. Good Health
The health of my loved ones and myself is truly priceless. When was the last time I exercised?

  3. My Furbabies
My furbabies provide me with stability and inner peace. They’ve given me so much over the past six years.

  4. Tea
I had a lovely afternoon tea with black tea, rosehip, and apple mixture. The aroma was so pleasant, and the taste was smooth. It was a great choice, and I should drink more beverages like this instead of carbonated drinks.

  5. Online Purchases
It’s so convenient to find what I need online at competitive prices. I’ve heard some people say they never shop online, but I’m not sure if that’s still the case today.

  6. Writing ✍
Today, I managed to finish four pieces of writing for my other blog. I started them yesterday and completed them today. It felt great to accomplish this, and I gained new insights and rediscovered some life lessons I had forgotten.

  7. Reading
I wasn’t much of a reader before, but I started reading short story books for content creation. While I wouldn’t say my life has dramatically changed because of reading, it’s definitely had an impact on me.

  8. Food at Home
I’m grateful to have so much food at home—there’s never a time when I have to worry about being hungry.

  9. Morning Coffee
Morning coffee is the perfect way to wake up my brain and calm me down, especially when I drink just the right amount.

  10. Empathy
As I get older, I realize how important empathy is in life. It’s a quality that requires constant practice.
