Gratitude Journal – Day 14: Keep Going

Today, I am grateful for:

1. Not Giving Up on the IT World
When learning new things related to IT or facing challenges, I often feel like giving up because it seems so complicated. But I keep going, searching the internet, and sometimes, I manage to fix the problem. Does anyone else struggle with this too?

2. Good Health
The good health of my loved ones and myself is truly priceless. To stay fit, I made an effort to have dinner earlier today. Next, I need to work on going to sleep earlier since I've been staying up too late recently. What do you do to stay healthy?

3. My Furbabies
My furbabies bring me stability and inner peace. I can't even count how many times I kiss them in a day. πŸ’•

4. Tea
I had a lovely afternoon tea with black tea, rosehip, and apple mixture. The aroma was so pleasant, and the taste was so smooth. It was a great choice, and I should drink more of these kinds of beverages instead of carbonated drinks.

5. Viewers
I’m grateful for those who watch my content and find value in it.

6. Placebo Effect
Someone commented on one of my videos about the placebo effect. In the story, the Native American daughter-in-law went into labor but became very ill. The men went into the woods, caught a garter snake, and collected its lifeblood. They diluted it with water and gave it to the woman. An hour later, she safely gave birth. They believed it would cure her, and it worked. What an interesting story!

7. Decision
I made some changes to my posting schedule and the number of posts I make per day. I'm not sure if it's due to these changes or the content itself, but my followers have increased a bit.

8. Coffee
Thank you for my morning coffee. ☕️

9. Letting Go of Old Things
I’m letting go of old mindsets that no longer serve me.

10. Just Do
I may not know exactly where I stand, and I might not have significant or practical achievements yet. But I’m learning to just keep going.
