Gratitude Journal – Day 5: A Little Tipsy

 Today, I am grateful for:

  1. Good Health
I am thankful for having good physical and mental health, not just for myself but also for my family. Recently, I came across a video of a young lady battling Lou Gehrig's Disease. Her illness prevents her from moving on her own or speaking fluently as she once did. Despite her challenges, she faces her situation with incredible positivity and the unwavering support of her family. Watching her story fills me with admiration for her resilience and the love of her family. If anyone is reading this, I encourage you to take a moment to watch her channel: 삐루빼로.
  2. Loved Ones
I’m deeply grateful that my family members are still here with me. I often realize how much they mean to me, even though I don’t express it enough. I know I should.
  3. My Furbabies
The joy and unconditional love my furbabies bring into my life are beyond words. Being able to care for them and share these moments is truly precious.
  4. Supportive Viewers
I am so thankful for the people who watch my content and find value in it. There are moments—many, actually—when I feel like achieving my goals is too hard, and giving up seems tempting. But their support reminds me that I’m not alone and gives me the motivation to keep going.
  5. A Place to Call Home
I’m grateful for having a home—a safe, comfortable space where I can rest and recharge.
  6. The Joy of Drinking
I’m thankful I can still enjoy a drink! Next time, I hope to share that experience with my loved ones.
  7. Natural Sleep
I feel sleepy tonight, and I’m grateful that I don’t rely on pills to rest. It looks like I’ll finally get an early night.
  8. Opportunities to Learn
Every day is a chance to learn something new—whether it’s through the challenges I face, the content I create, or the people I meet. Growth is a blessing.
  9. Technology
I’m thankful for the technology that connects us, makes life easier, and opens up so many opportunities. From video calls to content creation, I feel lucky to live in this era.
  10. Nature’s Beauty
Even on difficult days, I can find peace in the world around me—whether it’s a simple sunset, the sound of rain, or the sight of a blooming flower. It reminds me that life is full of small wonders.

Completing ten things on this list feels tougher than I expected. Shouldn’t Day 5 be easier? Maybe my mind is a little clouded today, but that’s okay. Every day is a step forward.
