Today, I am grateful for:

Health
I am thankful for having good physical and mental health, not just for myself but also for my family. Recently, I came across a video of a young lady battling Lou Gehrig's Disease. Her illness prevents her from moving on her own or speaking fluently as she once did. Despite her challenges, she faces her situation with incredible positivity and the unwavering support of her family. I’m deeply grateful that my family members are still here with me. I often realize how much they mean to me, even though I don’t express it enough. I know I should. - My
