Gratitude Journal - Day 1: A Fresh Start

 My First Gratitude Journal Entry

This is my very first time writing a gratitude journal. Yes, I truly want to change myself and achieve my Plan B.

Why do I want to write a gratitude journal?
I believe it will help me shift my perspective and bring more positive energy into my life. Writing down what I am grateful for, reflecting on the good things in life, and consciously choosing to focus on the positive can gradually reframe my mindset.

Did I experience it?
Not yet. But I believe I will. And when that time comes, I’ll be sure to share those moments with you.

Today, I am grateful for:

  1. Having good health—both physically and mentally.
  2. Being able to spend another day with my furbabies.
  3. Finally starting this blog! Things aren’t perfect yet, and setting everything up took a long time, but I did it.
  4. Remembering to write this gratitude diary. I often think of so many things but forget to act on them.
  5. My husband still making me coffee every morning, even during our “cold wars.”
  6. Having a place I can call home—a space to rest and feel safe.
  7. My 108 subscribers on YouTube and 11 followers on TikTok. It may not seem like much, but it’s a start, and I’m proud of it.
  8. The ability to learn so much online. With only one vehicle at home, learning offline like I did in the past would have been very difficult.
  9. Recovering from the flu—I’m feeling better now, and that’s something to appreciate.
I couldn’t fill up 10 today, but that’s okay. This is my first step, and I know as I continue, finding things to be grateful for will come more naturally.
